Changes in serum corticosterone levels. Serum corticosterone levels in CRS mice increased during the first two cycles (regardless of whether they developed hyperglycemia) and returned to normal after the 3rd cycle. Serum corticosterone remained low in DEX injected mice. There was no significant difference between solvent injection (SV) and normal controls (Ctrl).
