HeLa Cells and Cytotoxicity Assay. (A) HeLa Cell Morphology were seen by confocal Microscopy. (B) Hela Cells were treated with Forskolin with different concentrations FSK-10 µM, FSK-20 µM, FSK-40 µM, FSK-80 µM, and FSK-100 µM for 24 h. The SRB cell cytotoxic assay was conducted and optical density (OD) was observed at 540 nm. Control indicates untreated cells, and assumes as 0% inhibition.
