Growth analysis under oxidative stress. Cells of wild type (WT), the rho⁰-strain KL14-4a and the indicated single and double deletion strains were dropped in a dilution series (10⁴–10¹ cells) onto YPD plates with the indicated concentrations of menadione (MD), paraquat (PQ) and L- ascorbic acid (L-AA). Growth was documented after incubation at 30 °C for three days.
