Fig. 1 — Chromosomal location of CCCH genes in B. rapa. 102 of the 103 CCCH genes have been mapped on chromosomes A01-A10. The chromosome map was constructed using the Mapchart 2.2 program. The scale on the chromosome represents megabases (Mb) and the chromosome number is indicated at the top of each chromosome.
