Figure 3. — Comparison of TNF-α concentration among four groups. ELISA double-antibody sandwich assay showed that, compared with group A, TNF-α concentration in lung tissue of rats in groups B, C and D was significantly increased. Compared with groups B and C, the concentration of TNF-α in lung tissue of rats in group D was significantly decreased. There was no significant difference in the concentration of TNF-α between groups B and C (t=0.794, p=0.431). *P<0.001, compared with group A; ^#p<0.001, compared with group D.
