Notes: For each indicator, coverage was defined as the percentage of women who received the intervention among those who needed it. The composite coverage index is the weighted average of coverage of the six other indicators illustrated. Data for this figure were derived from the 2008 Demographic and Health Survey in Bolivia, the 2008–2009 National Survey on Maternal and Child Health in Guatemala, the 2015 National Survey of Children and Women in Mexico and the 2015 Demographic and Health Survey in Peru.3032
