Northern blot analysis of csrB and csrC transcripts (B). Total RNA was isolated at different time points from the WT and nhaR mutant strains grown at 26C in LB pH 8.4 TAPS. Level of induction shows amounts of RNA along the growth curve starting with 1 at 8h; WT:nhaR ratio was calculated for each time point. The 16S and 23S rRNA were stained with methylene blue and served as an internal control.
