Flow cytometry was performed for the mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) surface markers and hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) surface markers on GC and PDLC. Each sample was measured twice. The mean ± standard deviation of the gated percentage of positively stained cells is displayed in the table.
