The KD was determined for six of the sdAb immobilized onto an SPR chip for the binding to recombinant NS1 from each variant. These value are estimates based on the concentration of NS1, which since it is not monomeric are at best relative numbers for purpose of comparison. NBO denotes that no binding was observed.
