CEBPD binds to the PTX3 promoter in vivo. Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assays were performed with THP-1 and U373MG cells treated for 3 hours with proinflammatory factors as indicated (20 ng/mL tumor necrosis factor alpha [TNF-α] or 5 ng/mL interleukin [IL]-1β).
