PT2399 treatment enhances weight loss in obese mice. Obesity was induced in WT and KI mice fed HFD for 9 wk beginning at 8 wk of age. Mice were transitioned to a standard chow diet for 1 wk and then administered vehicle or 30 mg/kg PT2399 twice a day for 2 wk.
