Osteoclastogenesis and resorption assays from (A) human PBMCs and (B) murine WT and Rankl ^−/− splenocytes in the presence of M‐CSF and ×50 concentrated conditioned medium from mock‐transduced and LVhsRL‐transduced HEK293T cells (left and right plots, respectively).
