The 20 CYP2D6 alleles tested: *2A, *3, *4, *5, *6, *7, *8, *9, *10, *11, *14, *15, *17, *18, *19, *20, *40, *41, *42, *44 and the long-range PCR is used for the duplication. There are 8 CYP2C19 alleles tested: *2, *3, *4, *5, *6, *7, *8, and *17. *1 is inferred by the absence of any of these alleles.
