Gene expression values and regulation patterns were obtained by comparing between P. ultimum inoculated and mock-inoculation control. The values on the Y axis are log₂ fold changes. The group of bars at left with darker (blue and brown) colors were values from the RT-qPCR validation; the group of bars at right with lighter blue and light brown colors represent the values from the RNA-seq dataset
