Purification of G5 HEV. The supernatant of G5 HEV (P1)‐infected PLC/PRF/5 cells was concentrated and the G5 HEV virions were purified by sucrose density gradient ultracentrifugation. (A) Aliquots from each fraction were analyzed by 5% to 20% polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis followed by WB with rabbit anti‐G5 HEV‐LPs serum.
