Cell apoptosis was decreased by HBV-associated exosomes in a concentration-dependent manner. (A) Cells were treated with 1×1010, 2×1010 or 4×1010 HBV-associated exosomes, and the expression of cleaved caspase-3 and Bcl-2 was assessed by western blotting. (B) Flow cytometry results indicated that cell apoptosis was negatively associated with the concentration of HBV-associated exosomes.
