Minimum exposure time required for cytotoxicity induction by SBA, BA, and SA. HSC-2 cells were incubated for the indicated times without (control) or with 0, 0.625, 1.25, 2.5, 5, or 10 mM for each compound, and replaced with fresh drug-free medium.
