Influence of H₂O₂ on thioredoxin (TRX) production from HNEpCs in vitro. Nasal epithelial cells (5 × 10⁵ cells) were stimulated with various concentrations of H₂O₂. After 24 h, TRX levels in culture supernatants were examined with ELISA. The data are expressed as the mean pg/mL ± SE of triplicate cultures.
