(a) M2H4 cells cultured with conditioned medium (containing anti-sense DSP-PP cDNA; no recombinant protein) without ascorbic acid, showed highly packed rounded cells;(b) M2H4 cells with conditioned medium and ascorbic acid showed cells were spread out;(c) M2H4 cells with recombinant DSP₃₀₇ protein showed more spread out cell structure; and (d) M2H4 cells with recombinant DSP/PP₂₄₀ protein mixture showed more spread out cells.
