Proteins with greater abundance in HA immunoprecipitates isolated from amphetamine-treated animals were input into the string-db program (www.string-db.org) and separated by hand based on function. To reduce the complexity of this map, only those proteins that had at least 1 interaction at a confidence of 0.9 (highest confidence).
