Vip3Aa could co-locate with Sf-FGFR. Confocal images showing the localization of Sf-FGFR (green) and Vip3Aa-RFP (red) on the surface of Sf9 cells or in the cells. The anti-Sf-FGFR-N polyclonal antibody and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated anti-rabbit antibody were used to show the location of Sf-FGFR in Sf9 cells.
