Conserved motifs identified in the RdRp domain of the genus Mitovirus based on the multiple sequence alignment of the amino acid sequences. Similar to the other mitoviruses, six conserved motifs were found. These conserved regions were labeled A-F as RdRp associated motifs described previously [36].
