Antipsychotic response on induced M2tol macrophages. MEG3 was significantly upregulated in response to LPS treatment, an effect compounded by Risperidone co-treatment, a pattern also seen with GAS-5. PINT was upregulated in response to LPS, but this effect was ablated with Risperidone treatment.
