Protein carbonylation levels in wild-type (WT) and trxy1y2 mutant leaves after 7 days of drought. Protein carbonyls were detected after dinitrophenyl hydrazine (DNPH) labeling and quantification. Ct: control (well watered); WS: water stress (7 days). For each genotype/condition, 4 samples from two independent experiments were analyzed.
