Inhibitory effects of tectorigenin against UV-B-induced cell death in HaCaT cells. The cells were treated with tectorigenin at 0.1, 1, and 10 μM or vitamin C at 200 μM for 24 h (A). The cells were irradiated with 25 mJ/cm2 UV-B and treated with tectorigenin at 0.1, 1, and 10 μM or vitamin C at 200 μM for 24 h (B). Cell viability was measured by an MTT assay.
