Inhibitory effects of tectorigenin on the UV-B-induced expression of cleaved caspase-3 and downregulation of the Bcl-2/Bax ratio in HaCaT cells. The cells were irradiated with 25 mJ/cm2 UV-B and treated with tectorigenin at 1 and 10 μM or vitamin C at 200 μM for 24 h (A,B). Caspase-3 levels and the Bcl-2/Bax ratio were measured by Western blotting.
