α-Syn shRNA promoted KCl-evoked synaptic vesicle fusion during Mn exposure. After treatment with different doses of Mn, cells were incubated with 100 μM FM1-43 for 2 min in HBM containing 1mM Ca2+ and 30 mM K+. (A) The FM1-43 fluorescence before KCl-evoked exocytosis.
