Nutritional diagnosis was done by anthropometry according to BMI (normal <25, overweight >25<30, and obesity >30). Vitamin D status was considered according to the serum values of 25-OH-D (deficient <20 ng/mL, insufficient 21–29 ng/mL, and sufficient >30 ng/mL).
