Sequential deletions from the N-terminus or C-terminus of the rat/mouse 16-aa inhibitory peptide were used to determine the minimal effective sequence to inhibit the aiPLA2 activity of peroxiredoxin 6 (Prdx6). The results represent one assay done in duplicate.
