Notes: (A) FADU and (B) UMSCC5 cells treated with IC₅₀ concentrations of TPF alone, IC₅₀ concentrations of cinobufotalin alone, combination of IC₅₀ concentration of cinobufotalin and IC₅₀ concentration of TPF for 7 days were stained by Coomassie blue for the proliferation alterations, with no medicine treatment as control. Representative experiments are shown on the left side and statistical analyses were shown on the right side. The average values ± SD of three separate experiments were plotted, and significant differences from the control value are indicated by *P<0.05 and **P<0.01.
