(A) Immunoreactivity score of FASN, SPHK1 and SPHK2 expression was analyzed in matched normal colon mucosa and tumor tissues (n = 57 normal and 56 tumor tissues; *p<0.001 as compared to normal tissue; TMA ID BH15991A).
