(A) Pt 2402 PDX tumors were treated with TVB-3664 (6 mg/kg for 4w) and tumor tissues were analyzed for expression of SPHK1, SPHK2 and other signaling proteins associated with cell migration and invasion by western blot. Band intensities were quantified using ImageJ software. (B) Pt 2402 PDX tumors were treated with FTY-720 (5 mg/kg daily i.p. for 5 weeks) and tumor tissues were analyzed for expression of SPHK1, SPHK2 and other signaling proteins associated with cell migration and invasion by western blot.
