Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria

Inclusion criteria	Exclusion criterion
Age ≥20 years	Patient participation is considered inappropriate by based on their doctor’s judgement.
Patients diagnosed with cancer and received a notice from their doctor about cancer.
Curative treatment discontinued or little expected benefit in terms of overall survival
PS1 0–3
Patients have prediction beyond 1 month.
