miR-212/132 Inhibits Doxorubicin-Induced Apoptosis and Atrophy in Cardiomyocytes
(A) Caspase 3/7 activity in primary neonatal rat cardiomyocytes after pre-miR-Neg, pre-miR-132, and pre-miR-212 transfection followed by 0.1 μM doxorubicin treatment for 48 hr.
