CT, cortical thickness; LD, long diameter; OR, odds ratio; SD, short diameter.
For the calculation of OR, quantitative features (CTR, CTD, CT-bilateral differenceR, CT-bilateral differenceD, LD, SD, LD/SD) were divided into binary groups according to each cut-off value.
If the ALN had loss of fatty hilum, two CT features were assessed: radius (CTR) or SD (CTD).
CT-bilateral differenceR was calculated by CTR minus CT of contralateral ALN and CT-bilateral differenceD by CTD minus CT of contralateral ALN.
Adjusted for T stage, tumor location, and histologic grade.
