Structure and treatment mechanism of Lu micelles (M-Lu). M-Lu were consisted of monomethyl ether-poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (MPEG-PLGA) and Lu. Lu and PLGA as the hydrophobic form the core of micelles, and the shell of micelles were formed by the hydrophilic segment MPEG. MPEG prevents the micelles from elimination. M-Lu could be accumulated in lesions, and manage ischemia reperfusion (IR) injury.
