Effects of hydrogen-rich water (HRW), sodium nitroprusside (SNP), and HRW plus NaN3 or tungstate on the vase life of cut lily flowers. The cut flowers were placed randomly in distilled water (control), 150 μM SNP, 1% HRW, 1% HRW + 50 μM NaN3 and 1% HRW + 100 μM tungstate to investigate. The values of vase life (A) are the mean ± SE of three independent experiments. Bars with different letters illustrate significant differences (p < 0.05) according to Duncan’s multiple range test. Photos (B) were taken after 8 days of treatments.
