Mepazine inhibits RANKL-induced NF-AT1 expression. (e) As in Figure 1 and Figure 2, BMCs were stimulated for 9 days with M-CSF (20 ng/mL) plus RANKL (50 ng/mL) in the presence or absence of mepazine (MEPA; 13 µM) or DMSO (0.1% final concentration) as solvent control every two days. Cell lysates were analyzed by Western blot for NFATc1 expression. CaMKII expression is used as loading control.
