Composition of surveillance drug resistance mutation (SDRM) patterns of the 82 clusters containing ≥2 viruses sharing ≥1 SDRM. Clusters were defined as including viruses with a maximum pairwise distance ≤0.02 and bootstrap support value ≥70%. Overall, 68 (82.9%) of the clusters consisted entirely of viruses with SDRMs and 55 (67.1%) were homogeneous (ie, containing the same SDRMs).
