Time-response study of cellular and biochemical parameters in BALF. Mice were intratracheally instilled with 50 µg per mouse of Nano-Ni. Control mice were instilled with physiological saline. BALF was collected from mice at days 1, 3, 7, 14, 28, and 42 post-exposure.
