SIRT1 activators inhibit PGE2-mediated induction of acetyl–HIF-1α, HIF-1α and aromatase. The human breast ASC cell line was used. Cells were treated with vehicle, 500 nm PGE2, or PGE2 plus the indicated concentrations of SIRT1720 (A and C) or resveratrol (B and D) for 24 h.
