(a) A marble burying test was used to assess hyperactivity and obsessive-compulsive behavior, and was performed as described in the Materials and Methods. The mean values are graphed for age-matched (32-week-old) wild-type, sham treated MPS IIIA (MPS IIIA), and group 1 MPS IIIA mice treated with subQ PPS (Q1). n = 10 per group. (b) A modified rotarod test was used to assess skilled learning behavior, and was performed as described in the Materials and Methods.
