Effect of a Nrf2 agonist on GSH-PX, GSH, SOD and MDA levels in PC12 diabetic model cells treated with SRT1720. ELISA was performed to determine the levels of (A) GSH-PX, (B) GSH, (C) SOD and (D) MDA in control, SRT1720-treated and SRT1720 + Nrf2 agonist-treated PC12 diabetic model cells.
