Long noncoding RNA RUSC1-AS-N is upregulated in human breast cancer. (A) A total of 100 patients with breast cancer were recruited, and reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction was performed to examine the expression levels of RUSC1-AS-N in the tumor and adjacent non-cancerous tissue. The data was analyzed using a paired Student's t-test. *P<0.05. (B) Relative transcript levels of RUSC1-AS-N were detected in T47D, MCF7, MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-468 and SK-BR-3 breast cancer cell lines, as well as the MCF10A normal human breast epithelial cell line. *P<0.05 vs. MCF10A.
