Additional Loci Identified by FINDOR Replicate in Independent Samples

We plot the standardized effect sizes $\left(Z/\sqrt{N}\right)$ in the UK Biobank replication sample (average n = 283K, left panel) and non-UK Biobank replications sample (average n = 158K, right panel) versus the UK Biobank discovery sample (average n = 132K). For additional loci identified by FINDOR (blue triangles), the replication slope was positive and highly significant in both cases (UK Biobank = 0.66, Non-UK Biobank = 0.69). Numerical results are reported in Tables S10 and S13.
