Abbreviations: aOR, adjusted odds ratio; CNS, central nervous system; NA, not available.
The stillbirth case was included and considered to have an abnormal finding on neonatal examination and composite adverse neonatal outcome.
The aORs and 95% CIs were calculated by logistic regression, adjusting for maternal age and number of ultrasonographic examinations.
Zika virus–associated CNS anomalies included microcephaly, calcifications, ventriculomegaly, Blake pouch cyst, cerebellar vermian hypoplasia, and agenesis of the corpus callosum. Most common findings are shown. See eTable 4 in the Supplement for complete results.
When ORs were unable to be calculated, the Fisher exact test was performed and 2-way P values are presented.
