Continuation of inpatient antimicrobial therapy for more than 2 days after the procedure, or an outpatient antimicrobial agent dispensed with 2 or more days’ supply on the day of or day after the procedure, or an outpatient antimicrobial agent dispensed on the second day after the procedure as a continuation of previous inpatient antimicrobial use.
