Quantification of peak fluorescence signal at 48 hours was measured and adjusted for the background signal at the skin. The average fluorescence intensity after 48 hours was 286 counts from the tumor, 287 counts from the abdominal wall metastases, and 149 counts from the liver (+/– SEM as error bars).
