Figure 2. Effect of atuveciclib on RNA Pol II, MYC and MCL1 expression.

Figure 2

(A) MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with atuveciclib (3 μM) for 60 or 90 min. Equal amounts of lysates were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted for antibodies against RNA Pol II pSer2, MYC. Membrane was then stripped and reprobed for antibodies against RNA Pol II. Lysates from the same experiment were analyzed by SDS-PAGE in parallel and immunoblotted for antibodies against RNA Pol II pSer5, MCL1 and HSP90. (B) MDA-MB-453 cells were treated with atuveciclib (3 μM) for 60 or 90 min. Equal amounts of lysates were analyzed by SDS-PAGE analysis and immunoblotted for antibodies against RNA Pol II pSer5, MCL1 and HSP90. Membrane was then stripped and reprobed for antibodies against RNA Pol II. Lysates from the same experiment were analyzed by SDS-PAGE in parallel and immunoblotted for antibodies against RNA Pol II pSer2, MYC.
