Observations represented with a round symbol are distinguished for those ratios of greater 1.3 or less than 0.7 (common thresholds for synergistic or antagonistic relationships). Plus symbols are used for relationships where little change in sensitivity was observed. Color is used for drugs targetting cell cycle (red) or PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathways (blue).
